I need some opinions on the xd 9mm subcompact..

I think it's great. And with the extended mag you have the 4 extra rounds. But I do fine with the normal mag. Accurate and fun to shoot. Good concealment weapon.

Used to own one. My son still has his. Excellent gun. Built like a tank. Accurate and super reliable with any kind of ammo. I guess the only reason I traded it was I felt the trigger was a little spongy for my taste. I prefer the SA/DA system like my Bersa Thunder 9.

I've done alot of research for ccw, and I'm gonna go with the xd or xdm 9mm 3.8

I rented an XD 9mm subcompact for 3-4 months while saving up to buy. Tried out the XDm compact once. Both were great guns. Shot noticeably better with the XDm, so I went with the XDm 9mm 3.8. Both are good guns.

The longer magazine definitely helps with the grip. But the shorter magazine is probably a little easier to conceal.

Does anybody have a xd 9mm sub compact that lives in missouri that would let me test it out before I make my decision on a gun???
