Default Will there ever be an XD Sub-Compact .45 acp

Well, Springfield Armory has made a sub compact in 9 and 40 but not in .45acp. For carry-conceal, I personally prefer .45acp and would really like to see an XD s-c in this caliber. I've tried out glocks, but they still in my opinion don't have the grip right in yet, at least in the larger models. The gl 21 sl is still to big to grip if you have shorter fingers. the gl 30 and gl 36 are the same, too big and the butt of the grips on these two actually digs into your hand. No other gun feels as good in the hand as the XD's. XD's in my experience will feed any ammo. They are just an all around great gun. Just waiting for the XD sub-compact in .45 acp. Maybe someday.

I would love to see a XD45 in a sub-compact model. I just wonder what the recoil would be like.

I personally don't see a need for it. Grip length is the hard thing for most to hide, not barrel. I could tell no difference in a 3" to a 4" barrel when I was playing with different carry guns. The XD45 Compact seems to fill the carry function very well.

I too wanted an XD45 in subcompact. Then I discovered crossbreed holsters. You can't even tell my XD45 service model is there when im carrying it in my supertuck.

Supertucks are great!

No, I don't believe there will be an xd .45 sub.
