Looking to adjust my sight. My shots are grouped down and left. One, how do I adjust and two which direction do I move the sight?

You will need a sight pusher, move rear sight left to move point of impact right.

XD sights have a reputation for being very difficult to move, check with a local 'smith. Should not cost a lot for this service. If the 'smith was involved in your purchase or if you regularly trade at the establishment, they may do it free of charge.
