XDm .40 S&W 3.8" Trijicon front factory install sight stopped glowing, I emailed warranty service and after three days, did not hear from them, called them, about 15 minutes to get through. They asked me to clean it with acetone before proceeding forward, rather amusing. They emailed over pick up tag within minutes to send slide to Springfield. Had to get a box and dropped of at FedEx. Will keep you posted on how this goes.
