Default IWB for XD40sc

Suggestions for holsters for the XD40sc? I've got a hip holster but the weight of the gun pulls my pants down. Don't want to sag. I would really like to conceal carry with this gun. There are just so many costly choices. Would like to get it right. I've already spent $60 on bad ideas.

I've got an xd9 sub and have been carrying it via shoulder holster....works out VERY well and is comfy. I've order a White Hat Max Tuck IWB....should be here any day....but I've heard nothing but good things about them as you can interchange the kydex holsters for various types of guns made by white hat for $20 rather than spending big bucks on a whole new holster. I'm gonna post my review on it when it gets hear and after I've worn it a few times. Good luck in your search

Both me and my wife carry our XDm's in Galco Kingtuk holster and it is super concealable and all day comfortable. I put mine on first thing in the morning and don't take it off til I go to bed at night. I could never wear my blade tech that long. Same holster for the XD and the XDm.

Are you using a good, stiff gun belt? That's rule #1, in my opinion.

I've been using CrossBreed Holster's SuperTuck Deluxe IWB holster for years for my XD-40 service model with a Beltman gun belt, and this combination has worked well for me.

As an expedient holster I am currently using a Remora. It is doing as advertised and stays where you put it. I am also looking at either a CrossBreed Super Tuck or a Galco KingTuk.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I will look into these. I did pick up an Uncle Mike today, Cheap, to get me by until I get something better. I'll be putting the Blackhawk belt holster on ebay. Although the stiff belt may help, it's just the print you get with OWB that is annoying. I live in an Open Carry state, just feel like I'd be asking for trouble if I did that. Did I mention I really like this gun?
