Default First time XD owner

Hey guys, made me a new purchase the other day, XD subcompact 9mm. Did a little stippling on her already...thoughts?

Looks good man , my wife has the same xd and loves her's i have the service model in 40 we have had ours for a few years now

You stippled it because you shot it and found you couldn't keep a good grip on it?

Nah, I stipple most my polymer framed handguns. Like the abrasion of it. No sharp corners and hit it lightly with some sandpaper so it doesn't rub my side when carrying. Here's my G19. Especially helpful when my hands get sweaty when shooting w/o gloves

Understood....and looks like you did a nice job.

I like my XD9sc. I shoot better with it than I do my regular XD9 range gun....at least on some days. Here is a pic of the two, back to back.
