Does XD mag fit in the XDm?
I'll be moving to California next year and my 13 round capacity magazines are banned in California. Will a 45 ACP full-size 10 capacity regular XD magazine fit in my XDm 45?

It should since it's designed for the full size XD, which it's 13 round magazines can be used in the XDm.

Negative, the XDM mag is a tad bit wider than the XD. I tried it already.

That's odd, because on Springfield's website they say the XD .45 magazines will fit in the XDm.

their site is wrong cuz ive tried it too. doesnt work either way. xdm-xd or xd-xdm not interchangeable in 45acp

Military orders to LA, California.
My new 22lr target pistol has a threaded barrel, so it's classified as an assault weapon and banned. My Bushmaster M4 is banned too. My tac mini-14 has to have the flash-hider removed. 3 other pistols are over the 10 capacity limit.
So, I have 6 firearms that I may have to store out of state unless I figure something else out. I have a relative who will store them for me for free.

I wonder which one this will fit in since it says both XD and XDm.
