Working with Kydex
 

Has anyone ever molded their own kydex holster?
How'd it go?

I love working on projects & am interested in trying to make one.

Yup , its not real hard to do ,but I like to use thinner material it forms better . I also like to vac it down because it makes a better form and the more suction the better the form . vac it down until it cools then pull it out the bag will probably stick to it but it will pull of . I heat up the kydex until its real floppy then its ready to go if it wont fold over super easy its not hot enough , Oh and wear some gloves
