What is your favorite rifle gun case?
I am trying to figure out what new rifle gun case to buy.
My new rifle is a Savage 12 BTCSS with a Millet 50mm scope & wont fit in my old sbk hard case.
What hard case for rifle you like/recommend?

Indeed. The only thing better than a Pelican case is....2 of them.

With good reason. They are airtight, they float, they can handle the luggage monkeys at the various airports around the world, and you will never experience a blowout due to construction. I ran over one with a Dakota 4 x 4 once to prove to a guy that the "plastic" won't give out when weight is added.
You asked what our favorite was. There is a reason why this is it.

Well you have a valid point. I sure dont want to put my new gun in a cheap case. My other case is a SBK and I have had it for so long I dont have a clue what I paid for it. I suppose I just need to get it done, but that dont mean I gonna feel good about it.
I do appreciate all of your knowledge and experiences.

I have purchased several of them from www.cases4less.com and can recommend them without concern.
There used to be a brand, I think it was called Storm Case maybe, that was kind of a clone or knock off. Someone told me that Pelican bought them out, but I don't know if that is the case.
You might want to also check Cheaper Than Dirt. They sometimes have a good deal on one of these hardside "style" cases.

They are nice and rugged comparable cases to Pelican/Storm cases as well, but seems they are just a little bit more prouder of their rifle cases reflected by their price....
