Can anyone identify this holster? About 14 inches overall. Marked mdi and III/L

I'd say military of some sort if it weren't for that small,light weight belt clip. It is a shoulder holster, right?

I'd say European shoulder holster judging by the elastic and clips. There is a similar, but smaller version for the CZ82.

I think I saw it on CDNN.

Anyway to get pics of the lettering. Sometimes the style in which its stamped can tell ya something. Maybe take some pics with the flap up also.
