That tac star will mount to a maverick as well. Though the Mesa side saddles are nicer, and a little more flush. The tac star is half the price and works just fine.

Great product. Attaches easily to my mossberg 500 and is very secure. Also is easy to get off when cleaning time comes. Works great for what it is intended to do.

The bag I have is a voodoo tactical level 3 assault pack. Love it. The chest rig an esstac boar a1 split front. Love it as well. You can never have to many mags. I have ordered some online cheap and bought many of the ones I have at gun shows. The way I see it,... ammo without mags is useless. I keep all my mags loaded. Im not worried about springs weakening. Its an arguable topic. I will keep buying mags because with regular use they dont last forever. Cant hurt to have alot. I serial number my mags too. I label them with the date and an incremental number. So if I have a problem with one, FTF etc,... I know which one it is.
