Well I'm in north Carolina so it doesn't snow that much and I used left over material from the new chicken house we jus made built

I would expect he's going put more than a couple of coats something on it. Maybe some marine concoction..

Yea like I said it was left over stuff from the chicken house I'll put something on it but I'm not expecting for it to last forever a year or so until I build my range and build a bench to use forever

It looks like a HEAVY stable table, but maybe you can tilt it up on a couple of cinder blocks when you're not using it so's the rain & melt can run right off it.

What do you have in mind for the range? Distance? Handgun/rifle/shotgun/all of the above?

I'll prolly go out to about 200 yards I don't need too much and I'll shoot the 10/22 at 100 the ar out to 200 and all the other larger caliber guns I don't shoot to often so no need to try to really stretch them out
