Default ram line 30 rnd 10/22 mag causing fte

Anyone else have this problem? It's like a 1 in 10 failure rate. I think its hitting on the back end of the left lip just prior to ejection. I imagine I can file a few thousandths off and sole the issue. Anyone have a sure fire solution?
Before you say it, I'm in ma it took me about 5 months to find the damn thing buying a new/ better mag is not an option.
I don't need No stinking signature.
