Proper storage humidity level
 

Good morning folk's.
I was wanting to know the proper humidity level/setting for a gun safe. I just got my custom built safe delivered this morning :) :cool:
I want to set the humidistat to the best possible Correct setting. I have some pretty old collectors items. And I would hate to screw any of the wood, or steel up by an incorrect humidity setting.
Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated !

I am going to say in between 25 and 50%. you don't want 0% because wood will dray out and crack possibly. You also don't want to much or guns rust.

I am not sure what mine is but I just plug in the golden rod and let her rip. Never had a spot of rust since I got it.
