Default neck holsters

anyone use one for a mini revolver? would any trust a loaded gun pointed at their head? and Jog with it!!!! These all sound quite stupid questions I agree. its my first gun ever and mainly for protection at homw w my kids and trail jogging. this neck holster was advicedcby a few people but seems plain dumb

Welcome to the forum, when you get a minute, swing by the intro thread and introduce yourself.

You have any pics or links on this neck holster? I would have to say that, no, I probably wouldn't trust it. I kinda have this thing about guns pointed at my head.

If you want to carry that small of a gun while jogging, I would say to check out the belly band. I don't have a link, but a quick googling will show you what I'm talking about.

Yeah, I checked out that link. In my opinion, not just no, but "oh hell mother effing no!!!"

It looks like it's worn as a necklace, offering no security or stability at all, other than friction retention. Plus, as you mentioned, it's carrying a gun pointed at your face.

No, no, there are better options out there. I would duct tape it to my wrist before using that thing (don't do that, I'm being sarcastic)

the guy friends i showed it to had the same reaction!!! so i ask the guy that makes them about a belt clip . i guess i could wear it unload and unconcealed as some sort of visual protection. silly i know. im excited for some firearm training and range time

I have never considered hanging any sort of weapon around my neck. I looked at the photo and it took .00034 seconds to stop considering it.
