Muzzle Brakes

I am going to install a muzzle brake on my remington 308, it already has a threaded barrel so that's one step out of the way. I am looking at threaded brakes right now from JP enterprises. Does anyone have any experience with them, or know of a better compensator. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Make sure to ask Tango. He's our compensator expert.:D

I'm kinda' partial to the brakes this outfit makes.

Elite Iron High Quality Suppressors

I also see alot of these brakes used by other guys shooting the 1000 yard stuff and TBRC.

Both these companys build good functional brakes and their products are solid.

Primary Weapons System's PWC looks like its a good one. I dont personally have one but the demon videos look like they are really good, not sure how they affect the POI at distance though.

Compensators - PWS
I'm guessing their PRC would be what ou would be lookng for.

i like badger ordanance, in fact i just ordered one of their bolt knobs, but the only compensators i have seen from them are clamp on, thats why im looking at jp, theirs are threaded.

On the Badger Ordance link look at the 2nd pic. down. It's a threaded brake. The Elite Iron brtakes are all threaded. I use and Elite Iron on a 300 Win. Mag. 1000 yard rifle.

Holland's Gunsmithing & Shooters Supply

Best, most efficient muzzle brake available.

I have installed hundreds of them..would not use anything else.
