LaserMax Micro for M&P 45

I posted this thread in the handgun forum and decided it was probably not the right topic thread.

I just bought a lasermax micro through the military discount and wanted to know what people's thoughts are on the accessory, i.e. reliabilty, etc.

I am still torn between which pistol I will mount it to. I have an M&P 45 and a Glock 23 and I am not sure which pistol will benefit the laser more. I think it will be more functional on the M&P, because I dont use that one as my carry piece all that often as the G23 is my CCW.

Thoughts???

Post a link so people can see what you are talking about without having to do a search. Since it is a rail mount, will it interfere with your holster? If it does, your choices are to put it on the drawer gun or get a new holster.

Make the M&P your CCW of choice. Glocks are always cooler with a laser.

I mounted it to the M&P yesterday and I really like it, add that with the 14 round mag extension and it truley is a sweet looking piece that I would love for CCW, but its just to dambed bulky with the laser on the rail.

I am a big fan of the guide rod laser for the Glock, but I may swap out the micro just to see how it looks.

Question??? After puting a 100+ rounds through the 45 should there be a concern about carbon buildup near the laser, as obviously there tends to be quite a bit of it that builds up around that area

I never got back around to posting a pick of the M&P 45 w/ laser, so here it is guys attached to the rail. Fricken love it. Sits well in my IWB for comfortable CC.
