Default IWB question!!

I was wondering if there are any IWBs out there that do not require the use of a belt? It's for my wifes Ruger SR22 and sometimes she has to wear dress pants that do not have belt loops!! Hopefully someone knows of something. Thanks for the help!!!

Remora holsters just stick in place with their patented 'skin'

I don't need No stinking signature.

I carry a Kimber Ultra CDP II in a Remora or Sticky, works great.
My EDC is a nice 98.7 degrees.
