IWB Holster Not Fitting Just Right

I ordered an IWB from Galco for my LCR 357. Of course, the only one they offer is for the LCR 38, none for the 357. I figured both cylinders are the same size but I could be wrong. Anyway, the holster does not cover the trigger as good as it should. My question, is there anything I can do to stretch the holster's side to get the revolver to fit?

Thanks for your help!!

Can't help you with the leather working tips but I will tell you the .38 cylinder IS shorter than the .357 magnum cylinder. That's the cause of your problem.

No good way to do that. Maybe you can return it and keep looking or trade the holster.

Call Galco. They made it.

Maybe Galco and do an exchange or pro-rate your rig to make a customer happy.
