IWB Holster Not Fitting Just Right
 

I ordered an IWB from Galco for my LCR 357. Of course, the only one they offer is for the LCR 38, none for the 357. I figured both cylinders are the same size but I could be wrong. Anyway, the holster does not cover the trigger as good as it should. My question, is there anything I can do to stretch the holster's side to get the revolver to fit?

Can't help you with the leather working tips but I will tell you the .38 cylinder IS shorter than the .357 magnum cylinder. That's the cause of your problem.
