I just had a friend give me 2 HK mags, new in the bags. They are the ones with the Maritime finish and are used in the 416. Ive never used them before but they feel heavy duty and the followers feel smooth as silk. The retail that ive seen on them are round about $55 each. Anyone else use these?

They are steel instead of aluminum , Right ? My buddy wont use anything but steel mags , personal preference I guess, they are nice but damn they are 3X expensive over standard P mags

Yep they are steel, and you can sure tell. They are pricey, you can buy 3 pmags for the price of one HK mag.
