eBay Kevlar

Has anyone ever purchased Kevlar on eBay and can you recommend a particular seller id as being reliable?

Is it bad to test the kevlar if you purchase it or does this decrease it's ability to perform?

I saw a Kevlar mask searching kevlar on Ebay. Looked pretty crazy. Like a horror movie villains mask.

Body Armor

Check out Gunbroker.com and do a search for body armor. There are plenty of dealers with positive ratings.
