Default Digital Targets

Are there any kind of targets that are made out of seperated metal circles of varying diameter so they dont break when you shoot them and also shows you which area on the target you hit (like in darts) with a digital readout?

These are analog, but they show shots well and have held up to a heavy pounding with .45 ACP at 50 yards.
