I have a safe that came from Gander Mountain (liberty i bleve); they do go on sale from time to time as newer models come out. One thing i don't like about mine is the digital keypad; i would've preferred a simple mechanical combination dial (not subject to EMP & such & looks better).
Dead Bears, the only good kind.
You may want to be cautious as to putting a safe in the basement. Basements tend draw moisture and even in the safe your guns will be exposed to this moisture. I would suggest putting a safe on the ground floor or investing in a high quality dehumidifier.
