I have a bushnell elite tactical scope with a 20 Moa base on my remington 700. The scope is a little to high to get a comfortable cheek weld on the stock. Is there anything that you can get to raise your eye level on stock?

I have used to have a Karsten Cheek rest and was pleased with the quality.




They are really not that hard to make if you want to save some money. There are sourcesfor kydex and you just cut, heat and shape it.

I have a large head. The cheek pads with the ammo holder built in work well for me. I can't see getting a stock fitted for a gun that I will make less than 20 shots a year that really matter. If I was a target shooter I would get a stock with an adjustable cheek rest or have a stock cut to my body.
