Default bolt on mounts

At a shooting event I seen a Walther with a bolt on rail system that put rails top bottom and sides, it appered to lock in to the bottom rail come up and around and locked again leaving the slide free to operate under the rail system. Question Who makes them and can I get one for a Springfield XD ??
