Default .45 cal American Classics Commander...

I just bought a brand new commander 1911 frame... any tips on sights and mags or anything else for that matter?

clean it and shoot it a lot before you do anything to it.

Yeah.. the first time out I fired off about 200 rounds then cleaned and lubed it thoroughly.. without solvents! I clean it very thoroughly.. probably a little too thoroughly and had a horrible jamming\not loading problem today at the range! So I bought 1 wilson combat mag.. and 1 chip mckormick mag this evening! They come in next week so I'm sure that will fix that! noow on to some blue dot sights! Any ideas where I can find blue?
