Default Woo-Hoo!

A huge thumbs up for our very own Hydrashok! I asked him to find me a stainless Springer Loaded Longslide - and he has done just that. This one will be here in time for the next centerfire pin shoot and I'm thrilled at the prospect of breaking this one in. Y'all need to holler at him if you're looking for something. Real pix to follow someday, but here's a stock picture:

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Longer barrel = more powder burn = faster shooting bullet = greater impact trauma to said pin. The trick is finding the perfect balance....

I really shouldn't have to explain this to a Colt Guy...

I know it's not a Nighthawk JD, I just didn't want to steal your thunder. I shot against one of these at the last pin shoot and also had the chance to put a couple of mags through it myself - sweet was all I can say. The one I tried was a V16 ported model and I don't care for ported guns - or I would have bought it from him on the spot. The one inch longer sight radius was very nice and I think this one will do well...

Congrats. I've never shot one of those. Damn it, now I want to.
