Default Wilson Combat 47D mags

i just got mine and it fits different i have to press the mag release button for it to actually go all the way up and lock in? and it sticks out a little more

Is the base plate that sticks out a bit further or can you see metal? Lock the slide back and watch from the top when you put the mag in. Check the clearance of the follower.

I bought 3 Wilson combat elite mags for my 1911 loaded. Same as yes but mostly assembled in the u.s. Instead of brazil like yours. They all seem to fit fine... I hope u figure this problem out!

I'm seeing a little bit of metal and I can pull my slide back Springfield has it in the mail had to get my front sight fixed

Dude I just remembered. When I got my Wilson mags, I have to play around with them a bit because they inserted kind of tight. I loaded up all the magazines and had friction play. It helped quite a bit, just gotta get it in and release it out. Also it's normal for it to sick out alittle bit more than your other mags, that's totally normal. It looks like it's not snuggly fit in but it is

I use the wilson Elite Tactical mags and ive had really good results with them.
