I think their guns are just like their mags.

Commercially acceptable, but way over-priced.

Bill Wilson is way too proud of his product.

Just my worth.
I'm not aware of Bill Wilson forcing anyone to buy his products. I can tell you that my Supergrade is as well fit and put together as the full custom I waited 2 years for from another well known gunsmith.

As a reference in semi-custom pistols - I haven't seen Nighthawks as the deal of the century either...

My father-in-law has two Wilsons (CQB 40 cal and Classic Supergrade .45) and they are very nice pistols. No friction of any kind when the gun moves. All the parts fit together flawless. The safety has a distinct "click" when you push it up and down. I love my Springfield Loaded but the guns are in two different categories. I haven't had a chance to shoot any other high end pistols and I have no doubt there are other good ones out there. But, a Wilson is a fine piece of machinery.
