What is your most used 1911 carry holster?
 

Another thread on the forums asks if its possible to carry a 1911 every day.

Several of us have commented positively that we do, indeed, carry a 1911 pistol most of the time.

I have a box full of holsters but 2 that actually get used on a regular basis. Basically I will switch my carry method from summer to winter. Both season I use a sturdy gun belt, often a Cabela's Double Duty gun belt.

• Summer Holster = Don Hum "JIT" holster OWB holster
• Winter Holster = CrossBreed Super Tuck Deluxe IWB holster

As I pointed out in the other thread you mention, I don't carry a 1911, but I wanted to comment because the holster I carry my 65-2 with is also a don hume JIT slide. I love it.

Crossbreed Super Tuck for both,
Serpa paddle for the commander,
Fobus paddle for the compact,

Ryan Grizzle High Country for the Springfield EMP 40. Have a Springer Loaded Micro Compact 45 on order to take its place in the winter.
