Usually carry my kimber tactical custom II, the 1911 is a time tested and proven design, and the .45 IMO is the best round for self defense.

my main carry gun is a springfield xdm 45acp compact. i also carry a colt new agent when i need much more discrete carry options. if the new agent is still too big i go with one of my bersa thunder 380's

I carry my CZ-75 P-07 9mm, or my XD Sub Compact 9mm. Yes 9mm. I have started making my own holsters and have a nice rig for my PT-1911 but Ive come to realize that I don't want to advertise that I am packing every time I go somewhere so it brought me around to carrying something smaller.

Cane brake really has the nicest stuff I've ever seen and has a knack for showing it off, in a good way none the less.

don't live vicariously

Usually a STI 5" 1911 in 45. If not, a Sig P226 in 9mm.
