Nice work! For me its usually my gen 3 glock 23. Simplicity and reliability are hard to argue with. But depending on my mood, i also choose between my kimber eclipse custom II .45, h&k p30 9mm, and browning hi power in. 40s&w

I carry a Kimber Pro Crimson Carry II. When not carrying that, a Sig P229R Compact, and if not that, a Sig P238. There are others in the CCW carry group but these are the ones carried the most. And I always have a pocket gun for backup too!

My 1911's were too heavy for EDC, even the Officer's Model. On the occasion I do pack one, a Crossbreed Super Tuck is the most comfortable holster I've found. EDC these days is a S&W M&P Compact 9.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Winter months I carry my Kimber "custom shop" Combat Carry .45
Summer and Spring time I go with the lighter Smith & Wesson model 3913 in 9mm.
Always keep a backup on my ankle also.. Phoenix Arms HP25 .25 auto

Seems like the answer is a 1911, and who can argue with the history and man stopping power of the .45.

Yep. 1911. I'm a fan of Hawaiian shirts. Some of the members here teased me mercilessly about not wearing drawers under the grass skirt, but I swear, the shirts conceal a full sized 1911 perfectly...it's what I was wearing this past weekend at the baby mama's house...

Generally carry a Kimber ultra crimson carry. Sometimes a Ruger SP101
