on the way
woohoo!!!! money order went out today, should be there by wed. and hopefully come monday or tuesday my local FFL should be calling me up and telling me to come pay them $32 and get my new Springfield GI Lightweight Champion 
After findingout a face to face cross state line private sale was illegal, informed the seller, who ended up going through thier local FFL so i must thank everyone that helped keep me from doing something illegal unknowingly  thank you all 
soon as i pick her up i'll be posting pics and hopefully a range report shortly after

Weekends are best, if that helps. I'm waiting on a few boxes of .380, and if that comes in I will let you see what painful handgunnery feels like!

ouch i can only imagine lol...yeah weekends are usually perfect for me...we can also test out my new Ruger Super Blackhawk 44mag with 7-1/2inch barrel lol

I'm glad you got things worked out, unknown. You will be much happier to be able to rest easy knowing that the ATF won't be knocking on your door soon.
Range reports are a must now!
