Default Want a new 1911!!!

So I have a couple of full size 1911's, but want a 3-4" compact to sub compact barreled 1911. Everything I was interested in is not on the Komiforina roster! I'm sick of this! First I wanted the Sig Scorpion Carry....not on the list. The. The Kimber Ultra Carry Onyx....not on the list, Para..... Not on the list....ect...ect...Last time I checked I served this country and swore to uphold the constitution, and now this crappy state is impeding on my rights with this crap! I need out of this state. Any one in Komifornia know of a decent 1911 I can find in this size.

(Hint: Start a grass roots effort to get a federal judge in Kalifornicate to follow the ruling of a federal judge in Texas who determined that such denial unconstitutional.)

You don't know how nice it is to live in Florida.

A friend just bought a Sig Scorpion Carry, it's nice but a tad fatter in the slide and dust cover, than other 1911's. Most holsters won't fit it, and my .22 Conversion would not fit on it. I have a Kimber Pro CDP, that has been my main gun for 15 years now. Alloy frame, 4" barrel, rounded carry melt treatment. What does it take to be on "the list"? Just curious, as the pistols you mentioned are less than 10 round, and don't seem particularly "scary" to be not approved. I like to visit California every few years, explore the coast line etc., but I would not want to live there full time.

It basically comes down to if the manufacturer paid the state to be approved. Most manufactures don't like to sell to a specialized demographic like these tree hugging liberal ************. They don't like to stray from their designs to accommodate Komifornia and other unfortunate states. I don't blame them. It doesn't matter if it comes with a 10 or less capacity.

If you want to feel my pain, here is a link to our approved handguns. Just type in the Make and model and search. Watch how short the lists get.
