I'm say this about Taurus' customer service, they have the same mentality of Mossberg, customer sends in gun, they swap parts, send it back to customer. Most of the time there is no actual 'fixing' of the problem unless its a part with a serial number.
Its how they save money, but it works usually, as long as the person at the bench isnt hung-over who's working on the gun.
What I find funny is Taurus' Judge 410/45LC is having less problems than the S&W Govenor and its weird pressure issues I've been hearing about.
