Im looking at buying the 1911 with the rail. We already have to Taurus', a Millennium Pro and a 24/7 both .45s. Any feed back on it would be amazing. Going to be more of a range gun than anything.

I have had a PT 1911 for almost 2 years now, and no problems at all with it, it feeds any ammo I put in it, the only problems I had were mag related. Mine is the one without the rail. I have a few thousand rounds through it and I dont baby it. I would recomnd it. Just remember it's a taurus, so dont expect it to be like a colt or kimber. For what it is and what I payed for the gun, I am happy.

I have owned a couple of the Taurus 1911's. The first one had problems of all kinds. The second one still runs flawlessly. They seem to be very hit and miss.

I haven't had any problems with mine. It's a good shooter, it's the one on my night stand, except when I'm at the range.

I have put only around 24 rounds through mine but like it alot.
