That's not a bad price in a 9mm 1911 style pistol. STI makes good stuff. Thanks for the report.

blaspheme why would you disgrace a 1911 by shooting a sissy girllie round like the 9mm in it? There is a short list of cartridges that should be chambered in a 1911

Why not? They make them in .22lr.
I'd like to have a 1911 in .40, 9mm, and 10mm to go along with my .45.

With the exception of the Spartan (built on a Rock Island frame), STI's range from $1000 and up. Nice guns but not cheap...
