.I went to the SGK gunshow yesterday over 700 tables

Still didn't come across a Ruger 1911 yet. Also had my eye out for a Remington Stainless that's supposed to come out this year but didn't really expect to see one of those yet. So, the main thing I was hoping to pick up was a stainless Para GI Expert. Nada.
I looked up and down every table and zero stainless in any brand.

There was record sales last year and record sales at Christmas. Did they clean out the stainless inventory?

They may have. The Remington and Ruger are still hard to find in some areas, regardless of the finish.

Stainless is not in short supply in my area. All I ever see is stainless or parkerized. I miss the good old days of high quality bluing.

Go check out The Armory in Virginia Beach, if they don't have one they can order it and they are generally $20-30 cheaper than anyone in Tidewater. I use to PT there, ask for Ralph during the week. Good hunting.
