Default SR1911 came in, ordered in May 2011

I picked up and shot my new SR1911 today, nice trigger, very accurate, great quality what else can I say.

The manager at the LGS which is one of the largest in our state said this was the third one to come in, the last one to come in was in September of 2011.

Nice guns for sure. Clean it and shoot the piss out of it. You won't be disappointed. Read this as it's the best review out there.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Yes pics!! The Ruger SR1911 is almost like a bigfoot sighting. We hear that they are out there but they are very seldom seen..

The GS I buy from had one come in and it was gone in 3 hours. I actually saw it but didn't touch it. I can only take the GS owners word that it was real!

I've been #2 on the waiting list at my LGS since last May. Two weeks ago I told him to let it go to someone else if it ever comes in. After having a Remington R-1 1911 I decided that I'm just not a 1911 guy.

They are out there.? It took me almost a year of Detective work,? & phoning every dealer on line etc.? Until I struck pay dirt ran me apx $731.00 but I think it was worth it.
