Springfield Armory Range Officer 1911
Looking for any reviews on the Springfield Range Officer. Thanks

I've owned one for about 1 1/2 years now with no complaints. I paid $750, for the money I feel it's about as good as you can get. I've never had an ftf with any kind of ammo. The fit between the slide & frame is tight with no movement at all. The accuracy is equal to my neighbors 1911 that was made up for him when he was conpetition shooting in the army 40 years ago. The trigger is under 4 lbs. & adjustable and feels really good. It is set up for target shooting. For the range it's perfect. If you want to carry it for personal defense it will need to be tweaked. Plus it only comes in a parkerized finish which I like but others I've talked to would rather have a blued finish or stainless. Hey, you can't please everybody.

Wonderful guns for the money. Basically it is the TRP without a few of the frills. You will love it.

My RO is one of my favoritew pieces.Very accurate, instictive if you will.1oo% reliable right out of the box.I've scored victory at many a pin shoot with it.I think for the money,no other 1911 gives you as much!

ET1, the SA Range Officer has an adjustable trigger? You're not talking about pull pressure are you?
