been the same way in the local gun stores!
everyone rushing out to buy what they haven't had before because now it may become illegal to own. then they have a question, and hit google. google leads them here, and they sign up to the forum...then they say dumb sh*t because they own a gun and know everything there is to know (they saw it on google)
anyway...back to your regularly scheduled thread
I like Kimbers. I bought a new Stainless model back in 02, had the trigger and safetys tweaked/tuned for competition, did some other metal work, added some other trick parts here and there, hit the slide with some sand paper, and what I have now is a handgun that I can drive nails with!

Kinda got quiet here all the sudden. I guess it's hard to get your thread back on track after you say Colt guns are made by High Standard.
