Smith and Wesson Moving 1911 Production?

Does anyone know if S&W is moving 1911 production to Houlton Maine and if so when will 1911's be available?

Thanks

I was told that they are not "moving," but setting up a second plant; with certain guns being made in one or the other. I ordered/received two S&W 1911's in March and both of them were marked as built in Maine. Obviously, Smith is already up and running both plants, and I guess S&W will make all of their 1911's in Maine.

What marks indicate where 1911 was built? I currently have a 1911 up at S&W (Springfield) It's a 1911PD that was slam firing and ejecting empties into my face. Also having an action job done while its there. Been over a month so far.

My guns are marked on the frame, "Houlton, Maine." They are models 108282 (two alike).
