due to the samll size of our range, and the enormous growth in attendees, our members are lucky to get 40 rounds down range. WhenI first started attending, we were doing 5 full courses of fire. About 60-70 rounds on average. Now we are down to 3 courses a night.

i wouldnt bat an eye on 5k in tupperware.

I have found that light loads never do well. im currently running 180gr JRN over Unique in 10mm. big bang, mild recoil, but accurate. the bullets were cheap so i loaded them. I will be returning to 155 JFP over imr 4756 just before the sanctioned event in St Louis. Thats my preferred load.

I wouldn't bat an eye at the near 5k thru my XD nor will I bat an eye when my Pro Carry reaches that point. Like JD said, competition shooters take care of their stuff.
