Anyone who ventures to the Philippines you can tour the factory where these RIA 1911s are made. And if you're in Manila I strongly recommend a day trip to visit Corregidor Island, this place is hallowed ground with a lot of GIs still interned in the rubble.

Default x-grip

Yes it is a x-grip extension. I bought 3 for this pistol, one for carry and two for the shoulder holster.

Like all these smaller .45's, you an shoot them with the factory mags with no problems. But the extension sure helped my accuracy and manageability of the pistol while shooting double taps or continuous fire.

Default green machine!

Gotta run and test this bad boy!

I honestly never thought it would look like this. I was wanting a better finish than what Citadel put on it, thats the only weak point to buying the Citadel. But $100.00 and another set of grips and I am pretty darned pleased!
