Just got back from the gun show new me and wow they had a ton of amazing toys! Had a few RIA's as well. They look and feel really nice. The only thing I noticed between them and most other higher priced 1911's is that the hammer pull doesn't feel as stiff as most other 1911's. But for the price who cares?!!

Hahaha none. I think I may just suck it up and get a Springfield for 300 bucks more. Not sure yet.

Good choice that you'll be very happy with. Who would have ever thought, good 1911s made in the Philippines. I have one and wouldn't hesitate recommending them. There are a lot of good things in the Philippines, here's a sample.
Besides the obvious, they make good pistols, have great beer (San Miguel) and a lot of American expats live there.
