Normally yes. Those guns are made on a CNC machine to the exact specifications of the Colt 1911.

Be careful when selecting a beaver tail. They are kind of like a finger print of the company. In some cases they will fit but in most you want to be cautious. Othrwise you would have to cut into your frame, and trust me you dont want to do that. And for the thumb safety there may be a little bit of fitting involved but not enough for it to not be worth doing. Everything else is drop in

Theoretically yes, they are built to spec. However in the real world, 1911 parts may need fitting.
The trigger ain't rocket surgery, most people could probably sort it without undue drama (some are more "Drop in" than others.) Though there are some potential problems if done incorrectly (doubling being one.) The Beavertail Safety is NOT a drop in part, some degree of fitting is inevitable. Since it is a safety, it needs to be done right.
Since RI makes guns with those things already fitted correctly, I think that would be the best option:

The cost difference is very likely a lot less than getting done later on your dime.

Get the RIA with the most bells and whistles. Price difference is minimal and it should have what you are looking for already.

between the difference in price and then buying the parts and the time spent fitting them, ot having a gunsmith fit them, the difference isn't that big in savings. like Dan said, buy the one with all the features already added and just enjoy it.

Only thing I added to my RI 1911 were Hogue grips.
It already had all the bells and whistles.
