Just for asthetics I want to change the safety, trigger, hammer and mag release to stainless.
Can I have all the extra parts...this way I can build my own 1911 from a frame kit.

I can understand everyones comments. I have been around firearms since I was about 7 years old and have a good appreciation of them. The undertaking with my RIA isn't being taken lightly. I have thought a lot about what I am doing and it will be done by a gunsmith. Some of the changes I could do myself, but would just rather leave it to a professional. Thank you for your comments though, and I will update on here as I get the work done.

:
Rock River Arms Elice Commando
Rock River Arms Elite Commando .45 ACP Semiautomatic Pistol

Looks pretty good. 2.5" accuracy guarantee at 50 yards.

That one runs $1700, I will have around $1000 when I am done and will be satisfied with that. I am sure that when finished it will shoot better than I will be capable.
