Just bought a brand new RIA 1911 cs over the weekend at a gun show here in las vegas. $362 OTD, can't beat that.... Now my question is what's a good and adorable sights to change the GI version.... And what's a good IWB holster?

IIRC, the CS has GI style hump and bump sights. IMO, some of the best concealed carry sights you can have. You will need to have a gunsmith install modern sights if you want to change them.
You won't do better than a Tommy Theis holster for IWB carry.
