I agree that its the ammo, not the gun

Ok, I spoke with Remington today and they do want me to send the gun to them for they can check it out, after we get the live round out of it that is. So I dropped it off at the gun dealer/gun smith today to have them see about getting it unjammed. I'm also waiting for Remington to send me a pre-paid postaqge package for I can send the gun back to them.

I've seen them jam a Walther 9mm.
I tried them one time with my Ruger P95 and they wouldn't even seat in the mag correctly!!! Luckily I bought them when I was at the range and they let me exchange for a different brand.

First. if your gun doesen't run with every type of ammo....get another gun!

Second, Remington magazines are for sh1t!!! Scrap them and don't even use them for range lizard plinking!

Get some real 1911 mags and your FTF/FTE issues will vanish.

Call Aaron @ Tripp (877.837.9445) and order one. (Tell him canebrake said hi.)

Cane made a mistake... Order at least 2. 1 for your gun, one as a backup. I use the Tripp mags that Cane recommends and I have had zero failures out of my Remington.

I'm hesitant to believe that even a trip mag would eliminate the problem I had with the TulAmmo, however I'll certainly see about picking up 2 of them once I get the cash.

OK I got the gun back from the gun smith, cost me $45 to get it unjammed. I then went on and shipped it back to Remington. Just got it back today, during their test it also failed to feed properly. They polished the feed cut and retested it before sending it back to me. So it couldn't have been just the ammo bad, although I did sell the cheap ass ammo and tend to buy me some quality ammo. Hopefully I have no more problems. I still want to pick up a new mag or two however that will have to wait as I don't have the cash.
