Remington r1 Enhanced.
 

I am looking to get some opinions on the gun mentioned above. I dont know much about 1911s and their worth, so i am goping somebody can shed some light on the gun for me. I have held it and it felt AMAZING. Ive also shot 45s before so im not worried about recoil.

Well, if there was a RAND on the end of it I cud shed some light :D
However I've just looked & handled one, the fit/finish looked well above adverage ($450-550 range) & of course it felt great- it's a 1911 :cool:

I've handled one in a shop before and based on my first impression it felt well made and a quality piece of machinery. My only gripe with it is the fact that most 1911's and original 1911's had a long trigger with the flat mainspring housing, not a short or mid range one. That's only a personal preference though, but regardless it seems like a quality piece.
